Delivery

We ship the kosher specialties of the house anywhere in mainland France, in a controlled cold chain.

The cold chain, unbroken

Charcuterie is a fresh product. It tolerates neither waiting at room temperature nor breaks in the cold chain, which is why we do not ship in ordinary parcels.

Orders leave with ChronoFresh, the refrigerated food service of Chronopost. The parcel is packed in insulated packaging and held between 0 and 4 degrees from the shop to your door.

Pieces are cut on the day of despatch, never before. An order placed today does not sit for days in a cold room before leaving.

Timings

24 h

Despatch within 24 working hours of preparation, and delivery the day after despatch.

Delivery days follow the shop's opening days: we do not despatch on Friday afternoons, on Saturdays, or on Jewish holidays, so that no parcel spends the weekend in a warehouse.

Shipping cost

€19.90 per order

A single rate, whatever the size of the parcel, for mainland France.

Where we deliver

0 °C – 4 °C

Mainland France. Corsica and the overseas territories are not served: transit times there exceed what a fresh product tolerates.

In Paris and the near suburbs, collection in store remains the simplest option, and it is free.

Collection in store

Free, at 36 avenue Paul Doumer. Your order is prepared for the day you choose, cut that same morning.

Allow 1 day between order and collection: pieces are cut to order and the sauerkraut prepared in advance.

On arrival

Put the products in the refrigerator as soon as you open the parcel. Each product page states how long it keeps from the day you receive it.

Perishable goods are not subject to the right of withdrawal. That is a legal rule, and it is also plain food safety: we cannot put back on sale a fresh product that has travelled twice.
