You browse the specialties and build your basket. Each product states its ingredients, its allergens and how long it keeps.
Second
You collect or we deliver
For collection, your order is prepared and cut on the agreed day, so you do not wait at the counter. For delivery, the parcel leaves in a controlled cold chain.
Third
You are kept informed
One email confirms the order, another its despatch. You never have to call to find out where it stands.

At 36 avenue Paul Doumer, in the 16th arrondissement: you choose a time slot, and your order is cut when you arrive, with no wait at the counter.

Outside Paris, your kosher specialties travel in a ChronoFresh cold chain, straight to your door.

Nothing is sliced in advance. Pieces are cut when your order is prepared, which is the only way a slice keeps its texture all the way to your table.

Products travel refrigerated, with no break in the cold chain, and every product page states how long it keeps from the day you receive it.

The catalogue presents the specialties of the house, with their formats and their ingredients.
